Workshop Policies

Registration Process

All workshops require a completed workshop registration form, submitted via the Guild website. The workshop coordinator will notify the applicant whether they are accepted for the workshop or if the workshop is full. If the workshop is full, the applicant will be offered the opportunity to be placed on a waitlist. If the applicant is not placed in the workshop, or if the applicant declines to be placed on a waitlist, their fees will be refunded.

Payment Terms

Payment in full is due at time of registration, via PayPal (preferred) or by check.

Cancellation Process

To cancel a workshop registration, the registrant must contact the workshop coordinator. If a registrant requests cancellation more than 14 days prior to the workshop, all fees will be refunded to the original payment method.

If the request is made less than 14 days prior to the workshop, the workshop coordinator will attempt to fill the slot from the waitlist.

Fees will be refunded only if the slot can be filled. If a registrant requests cancellation more than 14 days prior to the workshop, all fees will be refunded to the original payment method. Waitlist Process

The workshop coordinator will create and maintain a wait list as needed during the registration period.

When a workshop is full, the registration form will be closed, removed from the Guild website, and replaced with a waitlist signup.

When a slot becomes available, the workshop coordinator will contact the first person on the waitlist by email, including a link to the registration form and a deadline to respond.

The workshop coordinator will proceed through the wait list until all open slots have been filled.
