The Spinning Study Group for the Fiber Guild of the Blue Ridge generally meets each month on the first Friday at 10:00 AM on the second floor of the Purcellville Library.
The goals of this group are:
– To study spinning techniques and related topics using various fibers.
– Create projects from what we have spun.
– Enjoy fellowship with other local spinners.

How we go about reaching these goals:
- At our meetings we participate in technique and topic studies, challenges, and projects directed by the members to build our skills and open us to new areas of spinning interests.
- Show and tell each month lets members share what they have been working on and offers inspiration for others.
- All skill levels are welcome from novices to longtime spinners.
- The Spinning Study Group has a Ravelry Group called “Spinners of the Blue Ridge”
